Within international brands there is consistency in size/fittings, so if you know your size from a brand then you will be fairly safe in ordering the size you have already purchased in the past. We offer to exchange goods and in-store collection if appropriate.
Our staff are happy to assist with supplying more accurate dimensions of garments as required.

Merchandise accompanied by your original sales receipt may be returned for any reason within 5 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit or a full refund in the same form as the original payment for online purchases only. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition (with all original tags attached). Worn, damaged (including in transit back to store) or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. All underwear unless faulty may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. If the merchandise (including underwear) is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We highly recommend you track your order, as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post.
We cannot refund courier or postage costs.

Sergios has a flat rate delivery fee of $10 nationwide
We also offer a free in store pick up service for online orders from either our Christchurch or Queenstown stores.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact the store directly to arrange overseas shipment and prices. We are happy to post orders to any part of the world, we may require further id verification before goods are shipped overseas and payments must be by bank transfer only.
ALL ORDERS
Orders placed Thursdays after 2pm, Fridays or over the Weekend will be processed for delivery on the Monday. We use Courier Post for regional and NZ Post for international. Goods are sent on a signature required service. We are able to send to a PO Box through Courier Post.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped, we will contact if a delay occurs with your order.
